We are celebrating 30 years of the annual Leadership Luncheon! The Leadership Luncheon brings together countless community leaders, local businesses, and government representatives in support of women and girls in our community. It is our largest fundraiser, so any funds raised from ticket sales, donations and sponsorships helps YWCA Yakima continue to provide and expand domestic violence programs and improve health and safety for women, children, and families. The speaker for this year's Leadership Luncheon is former Seattle Seahawks player, Jermaine Kearse. Jermaine spent 8 years in the NFL, playing in two Super Bowls (XLIII, XLIX), and notably winning Super Bowl XLIII with the Seattle Seahawks. After retiring from the NFL in 2020, Jermaine co-founded the Evergreen Golf Club and the Future Fairways Foundation, which aims to break down barriers, create inclusivity, and build bridges for junior golfers and families.
