Wa’paas continues free of charge each First Thursday of the month, throughout the year. This year Collab is coming to the community again to help sponsor the continuation of free wa’paas classes. However, this year any and all donated funds will go directly to Bessie. Their goal is to raise $100 per class, a $50 per hour rate. Of course, there are other expenses for Bessie, such as travel, materials and continuing education. Any amount you want to give would be greatly appreciated. Please email Maddie Hicks if you are interested in sponsoring Bessie’s classes, there are many ways to donate money for this purpose.
