The Annual Holiday Lights parade is here! Register for free at Yakimaparades.com. Parade route starts at Salvation Army and ends at the Millennium Plaza! Immediately following the parade, make your way over to the Millennium Plaza for more fun! We will light up Millennium Plaza and the community Christmas Tree as well as announce the winners of the parade. The Tree Lighting and decorating of Millennium Plaza is provided by the Downtown Association of Yakima (DAY)

Guitarist Andre Feriante kicks off the holiday season with the magical sounds and ancient voices of early music instruments like the Renaissance lute and the Baroque guitar, playing classic favorites and more. Feriante, who is a multi-instrumentalist is known for performing with several guitars on stage. In the Merriment of Strings he will take you on a cross cultural journey playing several instruments from around the world, exploring the hope and joy of the season on the sitar, the ukulele, the ronroco from South America, and of course his original voice, the Spanish guitar.
