On the first Friday of every month starting October 4, at noon, bring a lunch or buy a lunch in our SLOW POKES restaurant, and pay $5 for an hour of outstanding music curated and presented by local treasure, Anne Schilperoort. Some artists will be presenting expanded recital concerts on the same evening.

Start your Christmas Season listening AND WATCHING the complicated movements of the Walla Walla Praise Ringers, directed by Patty Short. These amazing young bell ringers are well trained and enthusiastic. This Christmas program is part of their annual Advent tour of the Pacific Northwest.

Friday, February 6: Solo and Ensemble Highlights
This program is a favorite each year. We have reason to be proud of our young musicians in this Valley. Every year music students enter this competition with solos and in ensembles, hoping for the chance to compete in April at the State level. Today we will hear a variety of instruments from a variety of schools in our valley. Come and wish these students well in their regional competition February 7.
Friday, March 6 Brittany Stahley, soprano
A graduate of the music department at CWU, a member of the Symphony Chorus and Canticus, and a vocal instructor, Brittany possesses a powerful and beautiful voice. Today she and pianist, Anne Schilperoort, have selected a program guaranteed to feature her marvelous instrument and to appeal to the audience.
Friday, April 3 Maria Roditeleva-Wibe, pianist
Russian born pianist, Maria, is presenting Tchaikowsky’s “Seasons”. This large work for piano solo comprises twelve compositions, each named after one of the months of the year. Each work includes a brief Russian poem. Maria possesses an astonishing technique and she plays with great passion. She is in great demand at CWU as an accompanist and collaborative player.Seas
